I talked to an old friend the other day. The doctors told him that he's got to start taking medication if he doesn't want to get really sick. He's been living with HIV for years now and hasn't had problems. Now it's a problem.
I'm frustrated. This is a problem I can't help with. No amount of advice from me is going to make it all better, or even make it less terrible.
This sucks.
